Over the next week, different children will share their account of our trip to Hoani Waititi marae.
Our team and children would like to acknowledge our helpers during our Matariki experience with Hoani Waititi marae.
We take this opportunity to thank the presenters, tutors, kaiawhina, Kura Rea class and of course the organisers of our day, for making our first marae trip a great success.
Nga mihi ki a Paora Sharples, Ngadia, Papa Lance and all other helpers during our time away on Friday 26th June, 2009.
Thank you for all the hard effort you put into the day organising fantastic and exciting activities that our tamariki will remember for ever.
Kia ora koutou ano,
Nau te rourou, naku te rourou, kia ora te iwi.
Na Nga kaiako, nga kaiawhina me nga tamariki o Owairaka.
Mihi mai, mihi mai, mihi tonu mai..
